Daughters of Miriam offers comprehensive rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our state-of-the-art Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Suite allows residents to practice real-life skills in a safe, supportive setting.

The ADL suite includes:

  • A fully functional bodega-style area to practice grocery shopping
  • A car for transfer and mobility training
  • Washer and dryer for laundry skill practice
  • Toilet and shower for bathroom safety and self-care training
  • Games and functional activities to support cognitive and physical recovery


These hands-on experiences help residents build confidence and prepare for a successful return home.
